Attendees at ISTH 2017 can now book hotel accommodations on the dedicated hotel booking website, which can be accessed from your congress profile. Hotel reservations and registration are made through the same system.
K.I.T. Group is the official booking organization for ISTH 2017. To receive the best service and pricing, please do not use any outside vendor. Group Reservations
Group reservations (from 10 rooms) will be handled by K.I.T. Group with separate contracts. Please contact K.I.T. Group for further information at [email protected].
Individual Reservation Terms and Conditions
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All rates listed are in Euro (EUR) per room and night and include breakfast and VAT. All rates are subject to change.
Accommodation will be allocated upon receipt of the hotel booking request together with the credit card details, and your credit card will charged with a deposit of 35 EUR. Without credit card details the hotel booking cannot be processed. K.I.T. Group will charge the credit card on April 17, 2017 with the remaining amount due for the accommodation booked, and send out an accommodation invoice.
Alternatively a bank transfer for the entire accommodation amount can be made by this date. All costs of money transfer must be prepaid by the transmitter; please indicate “free of charge to the receiver account”. All amounts paid by bank transfers must be received by K.I.T. Group by April 17, 2017.
If the hotel room is booked after April 17, 2017, the credit card will be debited upon receipt of the booking. No invoice will be sent before K.I.T. Group has received the full payment.
Should K.I.T. Group not be able to debit the provided credit card on April 17, 2017, or should K.I.T. Group not have received the bank transfer payment at this point, K.I.T. Group reserves the right to cancel the room according to the cancellation conditions.
The hotel or K.I.T. Group reserves the right to debit or credit your credit card account with the amount due for accommodation and any subsequent changes (cancellation, no show charges) to the reservation.
Should the selected hotels be sold out, K.I.T. Group will contact you about alternative hotel options.
Cancellations and changes must be made in writing with K.I.T. Group at any time. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.
K.I.T. Group will retain the deposit of 35 EUR for cancellations received before April 17, 2017. For cancellations received after April 17, 2017, your credit card will be charged with an amount equaling the full value of the cancelled nights. This does also apply for a reduction in the length of stay if notified after April 17, 2017. No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 the following day, and the accommodation fee will not be refundable.
